PrimeGuradz provide Free Shipping via USPS first class mail to all new orders within United States. Customers can choose other options for faster shipping during checkout.
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Customers will be notified by e-mail when their order is shipped. Customers outside US, please contact us for shipping information.

Refund

Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, return it within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Returned items must include original packaging and materials. The items must be purchased directly from PrimeGuardz website to be eligible for a refund. All PrimeGuradz products are backed up by our No Hassle Replacement Lifetime Warranty. A replacement of any item can be obtained for the life of the device for which the item was purchased. With the warranty process, customer will be shipped a new replacement product by paying the shipping and handling cost only which is a fraction of original cost of the product.

The steps to obtain the replacement is very simple. Fill out the form with your name and shipping address, upload the picture of the product that the replacement is asked for and pay the minor shipping and handling fee. You do not need to mail us the original item back. Its a Hassle Free Replacement.
